Fading Memories

“Fading Memories” explores the fragmentation of remembrance — the way moments persist in flashes of clarity, while others dissolve into haze.
Structured like a fading grid, the composition alternates between vivid blocks of red, yellow, and blue, and soft, brushed-over grays. These layered contrasts suggest memory as a pattern: partially constructed, partially lost — constantly shifting between presence and erasure.
The bright rectangles feel like emotional anchors: events, feelings, fragments that survived. The grey brushstrokes, in turn, act like time — wearing away, softening the edges, making space unclear but still emotionally charged.
This is not a painting about forgetting. It’s about the texture of remembering — imperfect, layered, and deeply human.
Fading Memories invites you to search, to recognize, and to let go — all at once.
